In partnership with Victorious Living Faith Ministries, Sandy Johnson Have a Heart 2 Help provides dinner, essential resources, and compassionate support to the clients of Streets of Hope Homeless Shelter. This year-round outreach is an ongoing commitment to serve with dignity, meet practical needs, and offer a listening ear to those navigating difficult circumstances. Through consistent presence and care, this project seeks to bring hope, encouragement, and community to those we serve.

In fall 2025, Sandy Johnson Have a Heart 2 Help began partnering with the 29th Community Center through a series of outreach initiatives focused on meeting community needs. During a November Community Giveaway, H2H extended its coat distribution, providing more than 40 coats to individuals and families. In December, H2H led the distribution of donated bicycles at a community event, with additional bikes shared with children’s organizations. Beyond these special events, H2H continues to work with the center monthly through community dinners and other social programs that foster support, connection, and care. This ongoing partnership reflects H2H’s commitment to collaborative service and creating meaningful impact through consistent engagement in the community.

This partnership has worked to strengthen and support the community through joint outreach initiatives. The organizations are committed to pooling resources and volunteers to expand the reach of essential services and charitable events.

In partnership with Victorious Living Faith Ministries, Sandy Johnson Have a Heart 2 Help provided new coats, new toys, clothing, and food baskets to families in the community. This outreach project was designed to meet practical needs, bring joy, and extend compassion to those facing hardship while strengthening the spirit of care and support within the community.

On Good Friday 2026, Sandy Johnson Have a Heart 2 Help (H2H) led the planning and execution of the annual Good Friday Fish Fry, overseeing the menu, organization, and much of the cooking with the help of volunteers. In partnership with Victorious Living Faith Ministries, which served as the base of operations, the event successfully served the community while also providing free sandwiches and dinners to individuals in need.

With generous donations from Sheetz, Safeway, and Target, H2H expanded its impact through this outreach. Special thanks also to the United States Postal Service and Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center for their support. This project reflects H2H’s mission of service, partnership, and compassion in action.
